Shipping & Returns
Order Processing Times
Majority of our products are handmade and usually take 2-3 business days to prepare for shipping. If a product is marked 'out of stock' it means that we are waiting for more fabric to arrive. If the product is no longer listed on the website it is unfortunately discontinued.
If you have selected Express at Checkout, where possible, we will process your order with priority also.
We always do our best to prepare our orders as soon as possible.
Shipping Information
Shipping will be calculated at checkout.
We offer two different Postage options -
Standard delivery - Items will be sent via Australia Post with a Tracking number provided.
Express Delivery - Items will be sent via Australia Post Express with a Tracking number provided
Returns and Refunds
Buying handmade means that you are buying a unique item. Items may not be identical and there may be imperfections. At Little Roy we believe in the quality of our product and take great care in ensuring that our customers receive only items made to a high standard with love.
If you experience an issue with an item, or are not happy with your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to rectify the situation.
We do not except returns for change of mind and items can only be returned in unused condition with tags still attached. Postage will not be covered for any return items.
